Parents, for tryouts and evaluations, you must have completed the following:

1. Register Online for tryouts or private evaluations.

   • Online Tryout Fee: $70

   • Private Evaluation Fee: $100

   • Walk-Up Fee: $75 (Cash or Credit Card) *Note: A $5 fee applies for credit card payments.

2. Confirm Birth Date to ensure correct placement in the appropriate age group. Please bring a copy of the player’s birth certificate.

3. Player/Parent Contract must be initialed and signed on the day the position is offered.

4. A $600.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is required upon acceptance of the position.

5. Wear Proper Practice Gear:

   • Shorts or spandex

   • T-shirt

   • Kneepads

   • Tennis shoes

   • Arm sleeves, if needed

6. Arrive 10 Minutes Early for check-in before your scheduled tryout/evaluation time.

Playing club volleyball with Premier Juniors VBC, or any professionally coached club, comes with significant costs. As a non-profit organization, we rely on the timely payment of all fees to support our operations and ensure a quality experience for all players.

When you or your athlete are invited to join one of our teams, Premier Juniors VBC is making a one-year commitment to you. In turn, by accepting the invitation and joining a team, you are committing to pay the required team fees, minus any financial aid granted.

To ensure your athlete’s participation in scheduled tournaments and practices, all fees must be paid in full and up to date. If an athlete decides to relinquish their position on the team at any time, Premier Juniors VBC will not be responsible for refunding any fees already paid. Additionally, if fees are not paid in full upon relinquishing the position, the remaining balance will still be owed.
